  • I have certificate III and certificate IV in Fitness and Personal Training
  • Registered Personal Trainer in NSW.
  • I was a junior NSW weightlifting champion, learning proper techniques in the gym at a young age.
  • I have been training in many different forms since I was 4 years old. I used to compete in junior athletics.
  • I have played Representative Touch football, but focused my attention on Rugby League.
  • I played Rugby league for teams such as Souths, Wests, Newtown, Umina Bunnies, Coogee Dolphins and recently Maroubra. I played in the United States for the Coogee Dolphins in the Rememberance game, remembering the Bali Bombing victims and 9-11 attack, which was a curtain raiser to the Kangaroos verses USA test match in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Along the way I have played with and against players like Alex Chan, Nathan Cayless, Chris Heighington, Jacin Sinclair, Barry Berrigan, Wes Patten, Shannon Donato, Manoa Thompson, Cliff Lyons, Solo Haumono and Anthony Mundine.
  • I played Rugby Union with West Harbour, Parramatta, Warringah, Gordon and Briars. In Rugby I played in the Tongan 'Lavengamalie' Cup one of Tonga’s biggest rugby tournaments. Playing with players like Sateki Tu'ipulotu, John Hopoate, Willie Manu against players like Taniela Tuiaki, Fui Fui Moi Moi, Willie Ofahengaue and Fili Finau.
  • I have experienced and trialled many different training techniques in a quest for knowledge in this industry.
  • I have also experienced many injuries in my career and have plenty of knowledge on treating and strenghtening many different injuries.
  • I have trained many players and clients, and have assisted with Cronulla Sharks premier league as well as training Briars Rugby Union club.
  • I have been in magazines like Marie Claire and Slimming and Health.
  • I combined body building with fitness and boxing training, to train specific to my requirements in achieving a strong and fast athletic physique.

Flat Bench- 200Kg 1 rep, 3 reps on 180Kg weighing 92Kgs

Incline Bench- 180Kg 3 reps

Squat- 260Kg for 6 reps

Deadlift- 300Kg 4 reps

100m sprint- 10.8 secs

Standing Jump- 50 inches, able to dunk from standing jump under the basketball ring
