Our Programs
MVP Health & Fitness Personal Training offers programs for injury rehabilitation,
Body shaping, weight (Fat) Loss, Cardio vascular fitness, strength, flexibility,
improved balance and co ordination and sport specific programs for agility, speed,
endurance and strength.
Our programs cater for all age groups and abilities: From teens through to members in
their eighties, from Marathon Runners to a gentle introduction to exercise.
One on one Training
One to one training is a training program where you, our client train with your trainer
for an hour or 30 minutes, addressing your needs specifically.
We strongly encourage that you warm up on our cardio vascular equipment at least
15 minutes prior to your training time. A Fifteen minute warm up allows you to be able
to participate in the training program effectively and safely while getting the best
results possible with your trainer.
One on one training allows your trainer to devise a studio and homework program that
caters for your goals exclusively in a nurturing, motivating atmosphere.
Two on one Training
Two on one training is a program designed for couples, friends or family to train
together with the one trainer. It is a great way to incorporate a fun training program
with quality time with your friend or partner.
Many clients benefit from this approach because they can also train together on
holidays with the homework program given to them by their trainer.
Because you and your partner are sharing the one trainer for your session, our session is an hour in duration. An hour session allows both clients
to have a quality workout together, working through all the major muscle groups
safely, while maintaining great form.
Group Training
Group training is a great way to incorporate a fun training program
with quality time with your friends or work mates. This is a great way to bond with your work mates and get fit at the same time, without having to plan what you should do. Just contact me let me know what, your group is trying to acheive and I will design a program based on what is required. The biggest group I have trained big was 80 people at once, but smaller groups from 3 to 10 people is ideal. But could do up to 20 to achieve a good flowing workout.
Supplements
We sell supplements to help you get the most out of your training and at a reasonable price. We believe these will help, but when you look around at other brands they are very expensive. So we have went straight to the source and pass on the savings to you. We don't need expensive advertising as these products will sell themselves at a fraction of what the big name brands charge, take a look at the ingredients and compare, these are very pure without fillers and fancy flavours.
